We are constantly aiming to provide the best service we can here at Vauxhall Practice and use feedback in training and development regularly.

Only use this form to provide testimonials of positive experiences or constructive suggestions on how the practice can improve the patient experience.

Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form.

Complaints Procedure

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. 

To pursue a complaint please follow our Practice Complaints Policy which is in line with the Health Board's 'Putting Things Right' guidance.
