Vaccinations and immunisations

Flu vaccine and COVID-19 Autumn Vaccine

The Practice will be inviting eligible patients for their Flu and Covid-19 vaccination appointments in October and November. Eligible groups this Autumn include:

  • All those aged 65 and over
  • Patients who are Clinically Vulnerable
  • Immunosuppressed Patients

If you are in one of these groups we will send a letter inviting you for an appointment for both Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations at the Chepstow Community Hospital for one of our Saturday clinics. Please make every effort to attend as alternative dates at the surgery will be limited.

Please do contact us if:

  • You are unable to come on the day of your appointment. Please call the surgery on 01291 636100 and we will rearrange this for you.
  • You have been sent an invitation but do not want to have your Flu or Covid-19 vaccinations, please complete a Klinik form or call the surgery to inform us. We can either suspend your invite until next year or opt you out of receiving all future invitations.

You do not need to contact us if:

  • You can make the day but not the exact time of your appointment, we will still be able to accommodate you between 10am and 4pm.
  • If you are able to make the appointment but only want one of the vaccinations. Tell the vaccinator on the day.
