If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can access them by:
- send an Anima request
- phone or visit us between 9am to 5pm and reception will advise if they were normal or require action
- If a print out is required a request for infomation form can be completed in the surgery or through Anima. These are treated as subject access requests and may take 1 calender month to be processed. You will be informed when this is ready to collect.
If your tests were requested by a consultant or hospital the results will go directly back to them to action.
