We have close links with Hayley Jones who provides Diabetic Nurse Specialist appointments for our patients. 

RGN, RM (Vauxhall)

Rebecca is the lead nurse in the practice and specialises in minor illness, respiratory medicine and coronary heart disease.

Stacey specialises in diabetes, coronary heart disease and caring for the elderly.

RGN (Tutshill)

Julie specialises in coronary heart disease and anticoagulation monitoring.

Our practice nurses offer the following services in addition to their chronic disease and specialist clinics:

Child and travel immunisations, cervical smears and coil checks, blood pressure checks, contraceptive and other injections, dressings for leg ulcers and wound management, health promotion advise and assistance with smoking cessation.

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Chepstow Midwife

The midwife holds an ante-natal clinic here on a Friday morning by appointment for our Monmouthshire patients and will look after your delivery and post-natal care.

Tutshill Midwife

The midwife holds an ante-natal clinic at our Tutshill branch for Gloucestershire patients on a Thursday morning by appointment and will look after your delivery and post-natal care. 

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

They also hold a well baby clinic for health assessment, health promotion and weighing as well as offering support and information.

The practice dispenser prepares medication for patients on our dispensing list.  To be eligible for this service you have to live in England and live more than a mile from a pharmacy as the crow flies (not via the road network).
