Disabled Patients Facilities

  • Disabled parking bays
  • Easy access from the car park
  • Assisted door entry
  • Disabled toilets
  • All consulting rooms on the ground floor
  • Access to all consulting rooms for wheelchairs
  • Patient call system
  • Auditory frequency loop system in reception for easier communication

Please speak to our receptionists, if you have any requirements, which you feel are not being met.

The Welsh Ambulance Service has launched a new Medical Information Card for people who are deaf and hard of hearing. The purpose of the card is to aid communication between the deaf person and the ambulance staff in the event of an emergency. The cards will contain personal information as well as information about a person’s medical history, medication, allergies etc.
